ZepCraft Games ("we", "our", or "us") operates mobile games and applications (the "Games"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Games, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Games, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We use Microsoft Azure PlayFab as our backend service provider to operate core game features such as player accounts, save data, leaderboards, and analytics. Through PlayFab, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Player Identifiers – A unique PlayFab ID and, if you log in with a platform account (e.g. Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, Facebook), the identifier associated with that account. This allows your progress to be saved and synced across sessions and devices.
• Device Information – Device type, operating system and version, device identifiers, IP address, and general location (derived from IP address) used for account security, analytics, and troubleshooting.
• Gameplay Data – In-game progress, statistics, purchases, session length, and other events generated as you play, used to operate features like leaderboards, save games, and to improve game balance and performance.
• Purchase Information – If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). We do not receive or store your payment card or banking details; PlayFab and the app store may receive purchase confirmation data to grant in-game entitlements.

We do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying contact information unless you voluntarily provide it to us, for example when contacting us for support.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain core game functionality, including saving and restoring your progress;
• Authenticate you and protect against fraud, cheating, and unauthorized access;
• Analyze gameplay trends and app performance to improve and balance our Games;
• Diagnose and fix technical issues and provide customer support; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

Our Games rely on third-party service providers who process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers:

• Microsoft Azure PlayFab – account, save data, and analytics backend
• Google Play Services / Play Games
• Apple Game Center (if applicable)
• Google AdMob (if applicable)
• Unity Analytics (if applicable)

These providers may operate in countries other than your own, and your information may be transferred, stored, and processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our Games do not directly use browser cookies. However, third-party SDKs (such as PlayFab and analytics or advertising providers) may use device identifiers, local storage, or similar tracking technologies to recognize your device and collect usage data.

Data Retention

We retain your PlayFab account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Games, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Because your PlayFab data is tied to a device or platform account identifier rather than direct contact details, please include your platform (Google Play, Apple Game Center, etc.) and in-game username when making a request so we can locate your data. Security

We rely on PlayFab's security infrastructure and other reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information collected through our Games. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Games are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
